Independence Refurbishment Announced

Royal Caribbean’s Independence of the Seas is set to undergo a complete multi-million pound bow to stern refurbishment in April 2018.

During her revitalization the ship will also receive a number of new features which were suggested by travel agents across the UK as well as part of a contest held by Travel Weekly.

Set to be included on Independence of the Seas are:

• A Trampoline Park
• Water Slides
• Escape Rooms
• Laser Tag

After being voted the number one cruise ship for families in the 2015 Cruise Critic Cruisers Choice Awards, these new features are set to make Independence of the Seas even more of a hit with families and all guests.
