Sadly, due to the severe disruption being caused by COVID-19 we are suspending all voyages on Seven Seas Mariner through to 12th May 2021.

 

For bookings that are not paid-in full, clients will receive a 100% refund for amounts paid as of August 26 within 60 days and will not need to request through the online form. Bookings with Future Cruise Credits already applied will not be eligible for refunds but will have their FCC reinstated.

With COVID-19 continuing to impact communities and ports around the globe, we have extended our voluntary temporary suspension of operations worldwide to include sailings embarking through 10th May 2020.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests, crew and the communities we visit has always been and remains our highest priority. This has driven us to make necessary decisions such as extending the temporary suspension of voyages to do our part to help contain the spread of the virus. We understand and share in the frustration you may have during this period of disruption and we greatly appreciate your patience and loyalty as we all navigate through these fluid, unprecedented and challenging times together.

The newly suspended voyages are:
Seven Seas Splendor – 16 April, 30 April 2020
Seven Seas Explorer – 17 April, 27 April, 4 May 2020
Seven Seas Voyager – 16 April 2020
Seven Seas Navigator – 25 April 2020

·         Affected guests will automatically receive 100% Future Cruise Credits as follows: 1) Cruise Fare paid (less government fees and taxes); 2) Travel Programme – if applicable, and 3) a bonus 25% Future Cruise Credit. These Future Cruise Credits are valid for one year from issue date and applicable towards all voyages through 31st December 2022. Clients taking the automatic Future Cruise Credits will also receive full Seven Seas Society loyalty night credit for the suspended voyage.

For those who prefer a 100% refund of amounts paid, please complete the refund request online by 13th April 2020 at www.rssc.com/request-refund/ and the refund will be processed within 90 days.

I’d like to share an important update on Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ response to COVID-19. With COVID-19 impacting communities around the globe, we have decided after collaboration with federal officials to voluntarily suspend cruise voyages, effective immediately for 30 days. This voluntary action covers voyages with embarkation dates from March 13 to April 11, 2020. We will plan to recommence operations on voyages embarking after April 12, 2020.

The health, safety and well-being of our guests and crew is our highest priority. While Regent Seven Seas Cruises has not had any confirmed cases of COVID-19 across our five-ship fleet and is taking this measure in an abundance of caution, we felt it necessary to do our part and contribute to efforts to contain the spread of the virus.

We greatly appreciate the understanding of our valued guests during these fluid, unprecedented and challenging times.

Guests on voyages that are underway will conclude and they will be disembarked as soon as possible and we will assist with travel arrangements home.

Guests who are currently booked on voyages with embarkation dates from March 13 to April 11, 2020 are asked to contact their Travel Advisor or our reservation team via the phone numbers listed below.

All guests on impacted voyages will receive a 125% refund of the fare paid in the form of a Future Cruise Credit, which can be applied toward any future cruise through December 31, 2022.
For guests who wish to not avail themselves of the 125% Future Cruise Credit, a 100% refund of the fare paid will be reimbursed to the original form of payment within 90 days of guests’ request
Working closely and in partnership with local, state, federal and global agencies, we are committed to taking all appropriate steps and actions to combat the spread of COVID-19.
