Cunard on board as Production Sponsor of English National Ballet’s She Persisted
British Cruise Line, Cunard, is to sponsor She Persisted, English National Ballet’s second programme dedicated to female choreography.
Cunard’s sponsorship sees support for the production of the highly anticipated triple bill which includes the premiere of Nora, a new work by Company member and choreographer Stina Quagebeur, based on Ibsen’s A Doll’s House, alongside the return of Pina Bausch’s masterwork Le Sacre du printemps (The Rite of Spring) and Annabelle Lopez Ochoa’s Frida Kahlo biopic, Broken Wings. She Persisted is performed at Sadler’s Wells from 4 -13 April 2019.

This sponsorship follows the announcement of a partnership between English National Ballet and Cunard to deliver Dance the Atlantic, a unique voyage from Southampton to New York (11-18 August 2019) that will see guests on board the Queen Mary 2 experience the joy of ballet through a range of activities including performances and glimpses behind-the-scenes.
