Ho Chi Minh City, commonly known by its previous name, Saigon, is the largest and most populous city in Vietnam. According to the 2019 census, Ho Chi Minh City has a population of over 8.9 million within the city proper and over 21 million within its metropolitan area.

Vĩnh Long is a city and the capital of Vĩnh Long Province in Vietnams Mekong Delta. Vĩnh Long covers 48.1 kilometres and has a population of 147,039.

Châu Đốc is a city in An Giang Province, bordering Cambodia, in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2013, the city had a population of 157,298, and cover an area of 105.29 square kilometres. The city is located by the Hậu River and Vĩnh Tế canal. Châu Đốc is situated 250 kilometres west of Ho Chi Minh City.

Wat Hanchey, which is considered as a thriving religious site is a complex of both Hindu and Buddhist temples. The oldest part in this complex dating from 7th or 8th century plays an important role in the worship during the time of Chenla Empire.

Kampong Tralach District is a district in the south east of Kampong Chhnang Province, in central Cambodia. The district capital is Kampong Tralach town located 37 kilometres south of the provincial capital of Kampong Chhnang by road.
