Terms & Conditions
By joining the Vision Plus loyalty programme you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as you will be bound by them.
1. “We, us, our” means Vision Cruise.
2. Vision Plus membership and rewards are gained by the Lead Passenger on the booking only.
3. Vision Plus Rewards
3.1. Vision Plus Rewards are earned as follows: any cruise booking of 5 nights or more with Vision Cruise for any new bookings after the start of the client’s membership, unless otherwise stated in a promotion will denote your Vision Plus tier.
3.2. Vision Plus Rewards can be earned on new cruise bookings made through Vision Cruise after the start of the clients membership and will be allocated to the Vision Plus membership holder only.
3.3. Luxury Cruise bookings made with Vision Cruise that are over 5 nights are worth 2 bookings added to your Vision Plus tier.
4. Redeeming your Vision Plus Rewards
4.1. Vision Plus Rewards are earned as follows: any cruise booking of 5 nights or more with Vision Cruise for any new bookings after the start of the client’s membership, unless otherwise stated in a promotion will denote your Vision Plus tier.
4.2. Vision Plus Rewards are sent out with initial booking upon entering a new tier.
4.3. Vision Plus Rewards can only be redeemed against a new booking made with Vision Cruise within the tier in which you reside. When your booking is confirmed, a formal contract will be formed between you and us, or you and one of our cruise line partners or other supplier. Full terms and conditions will be applicable to your booking.
4.4. For non cruise partners Vision Plus Rewards cannot be earned.
4.5. Vision Plus Rewards can only be redeemed on ‘booked onboard’ bookings with our cruise line partners for new cruise bookings when they are officially transferred to Vision Cruise.
4.6. Vision Plus Rewards may not be redeemed onboard any cruise line.
4.7. Vision Plus Rewards will be earned on past 5 years cruise bookings made with Vision Cruise upon joining the Vision Plus loyalty programme.
4.8. Vision Plus Rewards cannot be redeemed against cancellations, upgrades and booking transfers related to existing cruise bookings through Vision Cruise.
4.9. Vision Plus Rewards can be redeemed in conjunction with any other discount or discount voucher issued by Vision Cruise, Vision Plus or any cruise line.
4.10. Vision Plus Rewards cannot be exchanged for any monetary value.
4.11. Vision Plus Rewards are non-refundable and non-transferrable in the event of a cancellation and cannot be claimed again. However if a cruise is cancelled on which Vision Plus Rewards were earned, then Vision Plus Rewards will not be deducted from the members Vision Plus Rewards.
4.12. Vision Plus Rewards are non-transferable to third parties.
4.13. Vision Cruise remains the owner of all Vision Plus Rewards and they remain our property until full balance is paid
5. Termination or amendment of the scheme
5.1. Members can ‘opt out’ and cancel their Vision Plus membership at any time by contacting Vision Cruise on email@example.com. Your Vision Plus Rewards & status cannot be transferred to any other person or persons
5.2. Vision Cruise reserves the right to terminate the Vision Plus programme or to change these terms and conditions after giving notice to members
5.3. Vision Cruise reserves the right to add additional Vision Plus members to the programme at any time without prior consent required by the Vision Plus members.
5.4. Vision Cruise may end any Vision Plus member’s membership at any time without notice if we reasonably believe that the member has acted in a way that harms the programme. These actions include: illegal or fraudulent activities; hostile or aggressive behaviour towards staff; knowingly providing us with false or misleading information, or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
5.5. Vision Cruise reserves the right to amend the Vision Plus programme, including the Rewards we offer when the acquired tier of the programme is reached at any time. However we will always give members reasonable notice.
5.6. The ‘expiry term’ of Vision Plus tiers may be amended at any time upon reasonable notice. This currently stands at 5 years to present. If amount bookings drops to lower than required tier within this term the member will be placed in the tier prior currently in.
5.7. Vision Plus reserves the right to add or remove additional reward(s) at any time.
5.8. Vision Plus Rewards are listed in the Vision Plus loyalty programme brochure. Vision Cruise reserves the right to amend these rewards at any time upon reasonable notice.
5.9. Vision Cruise reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Vision Plus at any time.
6. Data Protection
7. Your Vision Plus Status
7.1. Vision Plus rewards & statuses are updated daily via an automated system.
7.2. If Vision Plus members do not agree with their Vision Plus status they must contact passenger relations on firstname.lastname@example.org.
8. Our Liability
8.1. Vision Cruise, do not accept any liability in relation to Vision Plus Rewards not being received. Any such issues will be subject to full terms and conditions of Vision Cruise.
8.2. Vision Cruise, Vision Plus cannot accept responsibility for any unauthorised claims of Vision Plus Rewards. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information relating to your Vision Plus status is securely stored.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The failure of Vision Cruise, Vision Plus to comply with the terms and conditions because of an act of God, war, fire, riot, terrorism, earthquake, actions of government or any other force majeure event shall not be deemed a breach of the Vision Plus terms and conditions.
10.1. The law of England and Wales applies to these terms and conditions, and you agree to submit the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of dispute
