The Grand Dining Room is a study in stateliness, a tribute to the spirit of Europe’s marquee 5-star hotel restaurants that inspired its dignified yet convivial ambiance. Handsomely decorated in rich woods, designer tapestry fabrics and oversized armchairs, the expansive dining area exudes classic splendor. Tables are beautifully set with bone china, sparkling Riedel crystal, gleaming silver, and fine cotton linens. Remarkably, as sumptuous as The Grand Dining Room’s decor is, guests always feel completely at ease within its grandeur. Much of that is a direct reflection of the formally attired and classically trained wait staff, graciously serving course after course of European-inspired cuisine or delectable alternatives such as light and healthy Canyon Ranch Spa Cuisine and gourmet vegan options. The Bistro
Inspired by the family recipes of our Executive Culinary Director, Jacques Pépin, The Bistro invites you to enjoy quintessential French dishes as well as lunchtime favorites and regional specialties during lunch in The Grand Dining Room. The menu features some of Jacques’ favorite bistro-style dishes like the crisp salade niçoise and a warm croque-monsieur as well as a rich range of global flavors with Taste of the World selections from Cuba, Mexico, Scandinavia, Italy, Thailand, Morocco and beyond. Tuscan Steak, our all-new specialty restaurant, exudes the warmth and Italian flair of Toscana while preserving the classic appeal of Polo Grill. Featuring glossy wood paneling with platinum and silver accents, the elegantly appointed interior of Tuscan Steak aptly reflects its modern take on the traditional steakhouse. Dress Code
Recommended onboard clothing is resort or country club casual. For evening dining, elegant casual resort wear is suggested. We request that casual jeans, shorts, t-shirts, baseball caps, or tennis shoes not be worn in the restaurants after 6 PM. Baseball caps may be worn in the Terrace Café after 6 PM.
Currency onboard
Oceania Cruises uses a cashless system based on the U.S. dollar. All on board purchases and services, other than the casino, will be billed to an on board account. You will be required to register an American Express, Mastercard or Visa card during the embarkation process.
Dietary Requirements
Special arrangements can be made if you require diabetic, gluten-free, lactose-free, kosher, vegetarian and vegan meals. Other diets must be requested for approval and, in some cases, may require additional medical documentation.
Medical Conditions
Guests with any medical condition(s) or special needs that may require treatment or attention or accommodation during the voyage, or needing to travel with medical apparatus, including wheelchairs, motorized scooters, oxygen therapy, etc., must advise Oceania Cruises in writing at the time of deposit. Please note some ports of call may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility and in such cases, may disallow debarkation with a wheelchair or motorized scooter or for any individual with limited mobility. Oceania Cruises is unable to accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy. Oceania Cruises has the right to refuse or revoke passage to anyone who, in its judgment, is in a physical, mental or emotional condition unfit for travel or whose comfort onboard may be compromised due to situations beyond the care that can be provided by Oceania Cruises.
