Look here! Look there! Look everywhere — that’s where you’ll find the fun on Carnival Panorama. The ship features fan-favorite dining, entertainment and relaxation experiences from our latest ships — plus new stuff too! Carnival Panorama will broaden your view, open your eyes to all that’s fun at sea. Look for it in 2019, sailing from Long Beach to beautiful spots along the Mexican Riviera.
With choices like brisket, sausage, baby back ribs and dry-rubbed chicken, our pros do the smoking right there over hickory wood before serving them up at your table. You’re in Guy Fieri’s house — Carnival Panorama has Guy’s Pig & Anchor Smokehouse | Brewhouse. Now about the brews: this house of BBQ tradition doesn’t just satisfy your hunger — you’ll also enjoy our all-new, exclusive line of Parched Pig craft brews. There’s a smoked porter, a farmhouse ale, a hoppy IPA and a toasted amber, all brewed just feet from your table. Tip: Come by and check out the free menu at lunchtime, plus live music and lively atmosphere all day.
We call Carnival Panorama’s onboard burger spot Guy’s Burger Joint. We teamed up with Guy Fieri to design not just the burgers and fries, but to help bring in the kind of rustic atmosphere you’d find at a roadside burger shack somewhere off a coastal highway. All signs point to ambiance — and serious flavor — so try a burger dressed up the way Guy likes it, or take it off-roading… to the nearby topping bar, where you can make it your own.
It’s a meal, a performance, and it’s definitely unforgettable. The Bonsai Teppanyaki experience is set to delight guests aboard Carnival Panorama. Take a little time out of vacation to sit down to a selection of tempting appetizers, before your chef prepares the main course featuring selections of meats, tofu, fish, shrimp or lobster… right at your table. In the teppanyaki tradition — and Carnival’s tradition of fun — expect an interactive, satisfying meal full of surprise and delicious delight.
So maybe you’ve had sushi before, but have you tried it at Bonsai Sushi? This is Carnival’s onboard seafood-and-soy-sauce spot, and we think you’ll enjoy our latest location, aboard Carnival Panorama. Dine indoors or out amidst carefully-pruned bonsai trees, while enjoying a delectable menu with sit-down service. Rounding out the meal: soups, sides, sakes and desserts. So the next time you’re taking a stroll down the onboard promenade, stop at Bonsai Sushi for a roll, a box or maybe order a whole sushi ship — seaborne satisfaction for two.
A good seafood dish… mmm, quite the catch. However you like yours — roll, bowl or platter — Seafood Shack is Carnival Panorama’s place for you to cast your net. Imagine a seaside spot in New England, where the locals gather for great meals served with a bit of a breeze and a lot of a view. (That said, nowhere on land will you get 360-degree ocean views like ours!) Look to Seafood Shack for rustic favorites like Crab Cake Sliders, Lobster BLT, Fried Buffalo Shrimp, Snow Crab and more. Steer a course for Carnival Panorama… that’s where you’ll find this little shack by the sea, wherever in the world you happen to be!
Haute cuisine meets atmosphere at Fahrenheit 555, a dining experience that stands toe-to-toe with some of the best steakhouses on land. Except this one’s at sea — aboard Carnival Panorama. Ours features your choice of steak cuts, lobster, lamb and more… and inside, there’s even a full bar that pours great pairings. Outside, there’s seating for dining al fresco. These are the building blocks of an amazing experience — delectable elements that combine with great service to offer an evening to remember.
When you cruise on Carnival Panorama, make sure to reserve a seat at The Chef’s Table. At this small gathering of foodies you’ll indulge in a cascading series of delectable plates as our chef… honestly, kind of shows off a little! And that’s a great thing for guests gathered around the table for dinner. Close your eyes as you savor a series of courses for the main event, but prepare to have them opened during a galley tour — a behind-the-scenes appetizer event that offers a look at where all that magic gets prepared.
A modern restaurant inspired by a millennia-old society, JiJi Asian Kitchen on Carnival Panorama serves up enticing dishes in an eclectic space that brings not just good food — but also good fortune — to the table. You’ll enjoy your meal among Asian prayer rolls and Mongolian-inspired fabrics in this unique culinary experience. JiJi offers a full-service menu featuring a mix of exotic and familiar dishes designed to challenge and delight your senses.
At Cucina del Capitano on Carnival Panorama, who you’ve got gathered around the table is truly as important as what’s being served there. At our table you’ll enjoy delicious Italian favorites — we serve them family-style because we know that sharing large plates and sharing tales of your day’s adventures goes hand-in-hand. Speaking of which, our walls are adorned with old snapshots from our officers’ family albums, proving that the rustic Italian-farmhouse atmosphere definitely isn’t for show.
BlueIguana Cantina is Carnival Panorama’s onboard taco-and-burrito place, featuring freshly-made Mexican faves. Because BlueIguana is all about you, we’ll make it with the ingredients you choose — tell us which meat, veggies, rice and beans you’re in the mood for — and then we’ll hand it over to you for the finishing touches. Here, that means a detour to the salsa bar to fire it up… or if you’re not feeling the heat, that’s cool too. Any way you dress it, expect a meal that’s suited up to satisfy.
The iconic red and white checkered tablecloth in your neighborhood Italian trattoriameans you’re in for a certain kind of dining experience. At a table such as this, who’s gathered around is just as important as what’s being served, and we see these as the two halves of the experience at Cucina del Capitano. Atop our tablecloth you’ll enjoy courses of dishes — antipasti, entrées, pasta and desserts — inspired by our Italian captains’ and officers’ childhoods. It’s all served famiglia-style, because we know that sharing tales of your day’s adventures is best with large plates and great company. Speaking of which, the walls are not only adorned with old snapshots from the crew’s family albums, but you might even find the captain dining at his own table in the corner… all evidence that the rustic Italian country-home atmosphere you see is no façade.
Tip: Reservations aren’t required, but to get the best seating and times, we recommend making a reservation. You can make one online after booking your cruise.
Turn your special vacation in the direction of delicious — book a table for an unforgettably delectable evening at the Steakhouse. Our menu features mouthwatering premium cuts of beef cooked to your exact specifications, as well as a fantastic selection of seafood, entrées, gourmet appetizers and an extensive wine list. The atmosphere pairs remarkably well with — and perhaps even enhances — the culinary creations of our gourmet chefs.
Tip: Like any destination restaurant, reservations are highly recommended, and can be made online after booking your cruise. Your meal includes an appetizer, salad, entrée, side and dessert.
“Hey, which side does the fork go on?” is a question you’ll never have to ask at a dining room dinner aboard a Carnival cruise… we set the table for you. We also bring to the table a full three courses in an experience that’s filling, but never stuffy — after all, you’re just as likely to catch waiters table-dancing as you are to order dessert. Dessert’s included (along with the rest of your meal, by the way) in your fare. But don’t skip straight to dessert, because the main course is the main attraction — drop in daily and enjoy a rotating menu of delectable favorites like steak, roasted duck, scallops and prime rib.
Tip: When you book, choose Early Dining or Late Dining for reserved seating nightly, or go with Your Time Dining to chow whenever the clock strikes “hungry.”
Pack your imagination, but don’t forget your appetite as the whole family embarks on a breakfast that’s part meal, and part journey into the deliciously whimsical world of Dr. Seuss.
Sit down to a truly fantastical feast at the Green Eggs and Ham Breakfast with The Cat in the Hat and Friends. Bright colors and patterns decorate your table, which features fun and unique menus.
Feast! Feast! Feast! Lose yourself exploring a delicious menu where you’ll find “Green Eggs and Ham,” brightly colored fruit, gravity-defying pancake stacks, funky french toast, “Moose Juice” ‘n’ ”Goose Juice”… and much more. (Classic breakfast offerings are available as well.) Breakfast is also the perfect time to meet and greet the stars of Dr. Seuss — characters will be around for special photo opportunities and fun interactions, making this a meal to remember.
Featuring a nice variety of casual dining options like Mongolian Wok, Chef’s Choice, Salad Bar, Carnival Deli and more, the Lido Restaurant has something — or more likely, at least a few somethings — to satisfy your craving. With plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plus food options for everyone, you can enjoy your personal favorites in company of family and friends for lunch or dinner… or even breakfast! It’s also where you can find our pizza, soft serve and frozen yogurt — all open 24 hours a day, which ought to be enough for anybody.
Got room for dessert? Sure you do! Swirls ice cream lets you enjoy the sweeter side of brain freeze with a treat that’ll have you smiling from ear to ear. Choose from chocolate, vanilla or strawberry… or make your own mix swirled as high as you can balance it. Open on Lido deck 24/7, our frozen yogurt and soft-serve ice cream is a great way to beat the heat all day, or the perfect nightcap after a long evening of fun.
So you’re in the mood for some good eats, but you’d rather stay in your comfy, cozy stateroom? Really, who could blame you? Simply pick up the phone and order something tasty from our extensive room service menus. And since you get hungry when you get hungry, room service is available any time of the day (or night), and it’s always delivered right to your door.
Tip: There’s a menu of salads, sandwiches and sweet stuff we’ll bring you — completely free — during the day, plus hot food options available for a small fee. Late-night menu options (after 10 PM) are also available for a small fee.
So maybe you’ve had sushi on a cruise before, but you’ve never had it like Bonsai Sushi, our onboard seafood-and-soy-sauce spot. Dine amidst expertly-pruned bonsai trees while enjoying sit-down service and an affordable menu of delectable sushi and sashimi… plus rolls, soups, sides, sakes and desserts. So the next time you’re taking an onboard stroll, stop at Bonsai Sushi for a little something satisfying.
Tip: Get rolling on the go in 2018 with Bonsai Sushi Express, your grab-and-go sushi source at sea. Featuring a mouthwatering array of sushi, sashimi, rolls and more — all made fresh and packed up for easy eating anywhere — you’ll find Bonsai Sushi Express first on Carnival Fascination and Carnival Victory in the spring.
Forget what “they” say — the most important meal of the day is brunch. Slumberers can sleep in and still enjoy breakfast favorites, while early-risers get a head-start on lunch. And Seaday Brunch brings everybody’s favorite mid-morning meal to your Carnival cruise, and does it right. You’ll enjoy huevos rancheros, special french toast, loaded mac-n-cheese… and yes, more ways to cook eggs than we even thought was possible. Chow down and fuel up — you’ve got lots of exploring to do, across the ship, for the rest of the day.
Maybe you take your coffee straight-up, or perhaps you prefer your pick-me-up with an upgrade. From the simply caffeinated to the simply sublime, nothing satisfies your coffee craving like JavaBlue Café, featuring fun twists on the hot and cold drinks you enjoy. While the coffee is the main event here, there’s more to JavaBlue — enjoy the baked treats we like to call “comfort snacks”… which you’ll call “delicious!”
On Carnival ships, the captain tends to be kind of a big deal — almost a celebrity. On a few select ships, they’ve even got their own pizza kitchen. The best part? Pizzeria del Capitano is open to everyone, 24 hours a day! And since our captains tend to be Italian, you know the quality of the ingredients truly pass muster. (Sorry, nautical pun.) Hand-tossed dough, made from imported Italian flour, plus fresh mozzarella form a solid base, and a choice of toppings put the finishing touches on this piping hot, fresh-from-the-oven mealtime — or anytime — classic. (Also, try our caesar salad — buono, capisce?)
Whoever said you can’t always get what you want certainly never said it on a Carnival cruise. Odds are that something from our steakhouse sounds good — filet mignon, New York Strip, lobster or surf & turf — and you know what? Now you can get these signature steakhouse dishes on your plate anytime you’re enjoying dinner in our lively main dining room. Whether you’re with friends, have the kids in tow or are just in the mood for something different in a familiar setting, you’ll find great options on your dining room menu.
Looking for a little taste from the old neighborhood? Pile ’em high at the Carnival Deli. Enjoy old time favorites like a hot pastrami on rye, grilled Reuben, or roasted turkey breast on a country roll. Our sandwiches and wraps are always hand-carved and served fresh with cole slaw or relish. Come by, satisfy your craving for a great sandwich and make sure you don’t forget the kosher dill.
Our kids’ menus, available at most onboard dining venues, feature foods that are delicious enough — and fun enough — to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. We’ve got all the familiar options they love from home, like spaghetti and meatballs, chicken nuggets, hot dogs, mac-n-cheese, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches and — yes mom — fresh fruit and veggies. They should save room for dessert, though, because with sweet stuff like banana splits and chocolate brownies, your young’uns are going to be pretty excited. There’s even 24-hour pizza and ice cream… but these are subject to bed-time, of course.
A few things make a successful pasta dish: fresh ingredients, the right blend of spices and sauces… and of course, al dente preparation. The care and know-how of an experienced pasta pro takes it to the next level — and you’ll find them at The Captain’s Pasta Bar. Start with the pasta you’re in the mood for — linguine, farfalle, penne anyone? — then select your choice of sauce and meat, and they’ll cook it up in the same Italian culinary tradition we bring to the table nightly at Cucina del Capitano. While you’re lunching, take in the dining room’s rustic Italian country home design… there’s nothing like atmosphere to bring out the flavor in a dish.
Enjoy ice-cold refreshments during meals, during shows, during, well… anytime you want with Bottomless Bubbles. This unlimited soda program lets you indulge in all-you-can-drink soda and juice for the full length of your cruise. Sweet! Bottomless Bubbles is available for purchase at the Lobby, Casino and Pool Bars.
Note: Bottomless Bubbles is not applicable to Room Service purchases, and can only be purchased for the entire length of your cruise.
Get a taste of the world as the chef throws the spotlight on a variety of dishes from a different country each day. Enjoy shrimp quesadillas and tortilla soup from Mexico, braised beef bordelaise plus potato and leek soup from France, jerk chicken and Jamaican pepper stew from the Caribbean, or Manhattan clam chowder and southern fried chicken from the good ol’ USA. Indulge in the foods that make each place famous… and be sure to make this a delicious daily routine.
Looking for a bit of mama’s home cookin’ during your vacation? Comfort Kitchen combines incredible new variations of classic favorites straight from her recipe box. Start with a mixed-greens salad topped with the freshest ingredients before moving on to delicious ricotta meatloaf served with garlic roast potatoes. Finish the meal off right with warm apple pie or peach cobbler. There’s something different every day, so come on by and see what we have cookin’ — and if mom’s cruising too, definitely bring her along!
When it comes to eating well for dinner, the name says it all. Good Eats is just the spot to enjoy a casual self-serve dinner aboard. Enjoy New York strip steak, broiled pork chops served with white rice or roasted potato, a carving station and so much more. There’s something different on the menu every night, so you can come back and try something new. It’s always a good time when you spend dinner time at Good Eats.
Fresh, tasty, fast and colorful — all the qualities that make the Salad Bar a great place for lunch or dinner. Stock up on your nutrients for the day and top them off with dressings galore at this self-serve veggie-lover’s paradise. Just because it’s good for you doesn’t mean building your own can’t be fun. Mix in some grilled chicken, fresh tuna or stick to the basics with this quick and healthy option.
There’s nothing sweeter than a visit to Sweet Spot for our specially-made marble chocolate cheesecake, lemon cream pies, cherry crumble squares and more. There’s always something for everyone, including healthier options like fresh fruit medleys. Save room for dessert — or skip the meal altogether — and make sure you satisfy your sweet tooth with this mix of desserts that really hit the spot.
Learn to cook, Steakhouse-style from our team of chefs as they demonstrate the tricks of the trade used to make those multi-course dinners everyone loves so much. We take the joy of cooking and transform it into a delightful hour-long presentation of kitchen skill and ingenuity… where taste tests are always included.
Tip: This fun-for-the-whole-family event fills up fast, so get there early.
Carnival Panorama premieres two new theater-rocking Playlist Productions shows! Broadway Beats™ brings larger-than-life classic stage-show tunes down to street level, adding dance beats to New York City’s rhythm against a backdrop of subway cars, fire escapes and bold street art. Rock Revolution reaches back to the legendary Woodstock festival for inspiration, wrapping a classic soundtrack in LED backdrops, bold contemporary fashion and dancing drones! Plus, we’ve got returning fan-faves: Soulbound raises the curtain on R&B-style mysticism while Celestial Strings delivers rock tunes backed by classical strings — plus a beat!
At SportSquare on Carnival Panorama, it isn’t just winning — but even just playing — that’s big fun. At SkyRide, strap in and zip safely around our suspended two-lane bike course high above the deck. At The Clubhouse, try indoor activities like mini-bowling and pool… while outdoor soccer, volleyball and ping-pong are always just steps away. Try for a hole-in-one at SkyGreens, sink threes on the basketball court, and challenge yourself to amazing new heights at SkyCourse, our ropes course.
On Carnival Panorama you’ll find the Havana Bar & Pool. Good find — the pool’s an exclusive retreat to paradise, and the bar becomes a hot dance spot when the sun goes down. Grab a seat at the bar and order up a handcrafted Cuban cocktail like a traditional daiquiri or classic mojito. This bar is just steps from the pool, whose ocean view and atmosphere mingles with the bar’s own, for a bit of that old-time Cuban resort flavor.
The mic is off, but the battle is on… Carnival Panorama. Lip Sync Battle: Carnival, a stage version of the hit Paramount Network series, features a series of competitions to see who can truly channel their inner superstar, and make the crowd go wild. Fight your way to the finals, where you’ll get music, lighting, props, choreographers and even backup dancers to elevate your performance. But the attitude — superstar, diva, rockstar — that is all you. So get up there and work it, twerk it, give it all you got. And if you turn out to be the ultimate mover-and-shaker, you’ll be taking home an exclusive gift!
Somebody at Carnival knows just what you need, and it’s pretty much exactly the Serenity Adult-Only Retreat. Look, you’ll still be on the same ship as the kids, the hoopla, and all the Carnival-style excitement… but you could easily forget, because when you’re at Serenity you could not be further from it all. The world you’ll find yourself in is one of complete peace, sea breezes, swaying hammocks and, of course, a nearby bar. It’s the place to get done the kind of stuff you just can’t seem to do anywhere else — reconnect with your partner, finish that book, or do absolutely, blissfully, nothing at all.
We have some bad news for you — your ship has a gym. In other words, there’s no excuse for leaving your fitness routine back on land. That’s great news, however, for your body, which will definitely benefit from all the extra energy that a rejuvenating cruise is sure to generate. And let’s not forget the extra time you’ll have, since you won’t be waking up and spending most of the day at the office or anything like that. If those were some of your go-to excuses, we’re sorry, but we all know this is important. Why not treat yourself to some of our fitness classes — you might even have a little fun while you do something great for yourself!
You can have all the will in the world, a great attitude that keeps you working hard at the gym, but still not see the results you’re hoping for. If that’s the case — or you’re just looking to shake things up with a little extra fun or challenge in your workout — check out Carnival’s selection of onboard fitness classes. Whether it’s yoga, pilates, indoor cycling or boot camp, there’s a fitness class that’ll get you the workout you need, and the instruction you need to do it right. Looking for a little extra attention? Look to personal training for a workout with that personal touch.
When it comes to complete relaxation from the inside out, nothing beats a trip to the spa. From the minute you step inside, the soothing ambiance begins to work its magic. Renew yourself with premium beauty and wellness therapies, like hot stone massages, aromatherapy or full-body wraps. This is your time to be spoiled, indulged and even beautified. Lie back, close your eyes, and feel the stress sail away as your body and mind experience total tranquility. (Oh yeah, and this feel-good stuff isn’t just for the ladies — dudes, there are plenty of treatments on our menu for you too.)
Hey, who left a gym on top of the cruise ship? Whoever it was, they’ve done us a favor! If you’re gonna sweat it out during your cruise, why not do it outdoors and enjoy a great sea breeze… and the greatest view? Grab some gloves and work the bag, grab a seat and work the bike, or work your way around the vita course for a little of everything. Speaking of variety, why not switch off between SkyFitness and the standard indoor gym, to work a little change of pace into your daily workout?
Jogging may not immediately come to mind when you think of things to do at sea, but it probably should. You don’t have to walk on water, you just have to get on a Carnival cruise. After all, if you’re going to jog, you’d be hard-pressed to find a place to do it with a more scenic view, or a more refreshing breeze — both of these are available in abundance when you go for an open-air jog on the upper-deck. Jogging tracks are available on almost all Carnival ships, and are even padded for long-distance comfort.
Even if you don’t “know” much about art, of course you can still tell when you like something — who needs a refined palette to know when a piece is good? Carnival leaves snobbish cultural pretensions ashore, and makes art something that everyone can enjoy with a series of events designed to bring great art where it belongs — to the people. Take part in an art-themed battle of the sexes or check out showcases highlighting the best of, say, European artists or world-famous pop artist Peter Max. You can’t get any closer to great art… without buying it.
A room full of too-serious old men, many wearing monocles, paying top-dollar for priceless antique works of art. If that’s the “art auction” that comes to mind, adjust your expectations before your Carnival cruise! Unlike a stodgy auction house, your vacation features a series of auction events designed to turn high art into high fun. From the rapid-fire ‘Lightning’ action to the cheap thrills of the ‘under $500’ event, there are plenty of chances to try your hand at bringing home something great and have a blast doing it. Unlike land auctions, we even hold fun interactive events like the “Guess the Price” competition. That said, our onboard auctions aren’t completely without fancy things — after all, what’s an auction without free-flowing champagne?
Art is full of emotion, and as your Carnival ship sails, you’ll have the chance to experience art truly in motion… during lively onboard art games! Nobody would mistake this vacation for a ‘still life’ — these action-packed competitions truly ‘pop,’ giving you a chance to try your hand at ‘impressionism’ — showing what you know about the dollars and cents of art valuation. But leave your dollars and cents in your pocket — it’s always free to play, even though we’ve raised the stakes… in this game, there’s an artful prize on the line.
Go from ‘normal vacationer’ to ‘world-traveling art whiz’ in one cruise flat — Carnival offers such a variety of educational and enlightening seminars that we should hand out Art History degrees at the end of each cruise! We may not be an accredited university, but your cruise features an ‘Art 101’ lecture series designed to be your entrance into this vibrant world. We’ll go from the earliest cave paintings to the modern masters — with stops at topics like the Renaissance, Baroque, Surrealism and Pop Art — and cover both theory and technique. You’ll walk away with a spectrum of knowledge to use at your next art auction… or to elevate your cocktail party chatter.
It’s all in the details! The right accessory — cool sunglasses, elegant bracelet, butter-soft leather handbag — makes for the finishing touch that pulls your outfit together. To wrap up your next-level look, stop by The Fun Shops, where you’ll find delightful details direct from top designers. Check yourself in designer sunglasses, jewelry both understated and bold, fine-leather bags… plus all the other little things that mean so much to your personal style. While you’re there, keep an eye out for limited-time-only special events — the perfect deal on that watch gift set or resort fashions may only come along once per sailing. But while pop-up sales may come and go, the tax-free, duty-free savings — which you definitely won’t find on land — are available all cruise long!
With wall-to-wall activities, most people wouldn’t think of their cruise vacation as a great time to read a book, but you’ll find the bibliophilic faithful stretched out on deck chairs, enjoying the sun, sea breeze… and a page-turner. Forgot to bring a book? E-reader battery just died? Every Carnival ship features an onboard library stocked with the good stuff. For the silent types, it’s a great place to read, but if the roar of the ocean is more your soundtrack, the library is a great place to find a good read to borrow and devour, al fresco. You’ll also find our libraries stocked with a variety of awesome board games for the whole family to enjoy!

While we provide attentive service, we do not provide one-on-one personal care assistance, and all guests must be able to provide such care for themselves (e.g., performing personal tasks such as eating, dressing, toileting, bathing, and getting around the ship).
