Twice Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar draws inspiration from his native India. Combining a love of spices with a passion for British ingredients he is famed for his innovative Indian cuisine. An emerging P&O Cruises signature restaurant, Sindhu brings guests fine dining Indian style, courtesy of ‘Master of Spices’, Atul Kochhar.
Taking its name from the ‘O’ in P&O (Peninsular and Oriental Steam Company), this elegant and welcoming dining room is all about enjoying the friendly atmosphere and company of table companions. Decorated in rich bronzes and golds, The Oriental Restaurant has an understated elegance and seats almost 500 people in stylish comfort. Huge ocean-view windows on three sides frame views of the ship’s wake, while delicately crafted dishes are beautifully presented at the table. This is truly a world-class dining experience to be savoured in every sense.
Taking its name from the ‘P’ in P&O (Peninsular and Oriental Steam Company) The Peninsular Restaurant seats almost 500 people. Adorned with a wall length mural of ‘The Journey of Odysseus’, guests will find classy and contemporary décor with exquisite surroundings, as well as an enticing menu night after night. Large windows on either side provide magnificent views as guests dine on the superb cuisine. And don’t miss the decadent chocolate buffet!

A first for P&O Cruises, The Limelight Club is an adults only venue that combines great food with dazzling entertainment – a feast for all the senses!
The surroundings are sumptuous and you can expect a lively and enjoyable evening in the company of some great performers that you won’t see anywhere else on the ship - and all while you enjoy the delights of the modern European menu.
Later in the evening, The Limelight Club turns into a late-night dancing venue, so you can enjoy a full evening's dining and entertainment without having to move around the ship. The dress code matches the laid-back atmosphere and it is smart casual every night, even on a black tie evening - a great choice for those seeking a less formal evening.

Discover the largest selection of British beers at sea in Brodie's Bar on deck 6. There are over 70 different bottled beers, ales and ciders including exclusive ales, gluten-free beer, unique stouts and specialty beers.
Brodie’s is an English-style pub and sports bar, with large screen TVs for live sporting events.
The three tier feature Atrium is just the place for a coffee and a spot of people-watching. With its intricate 'starburst' chandelier providing an impressive focal point, guests can enjoy the setting as they treat themselves to something from the adjacent Market Cafe with its Eric Lanlard patisserie, charcuterie and Gelateria.
The ship's fantastic New Horizons programme offers to passengers the chance to leave their cruise with a new hobby, skill or passion. With classes ranging from cookery, and ballroom dancing, to feng shui and tai chi, passengers can search for true enlightenment.
The New Horizons programme gives guests the chance to discover new interests through a variety of activity classes. Topics include: wine tasting, cooking, gardening, feng shui, interior design and new languages. Using a combination of seminars and hands on workshops, passengers can learn new skills from some of the world's leading experts.
There are coupled dance instructors onboard who offer a variety of dance lessons. The main types of dance offered are ballroom and Latin. As well a group lessons, it is also possible to arrange 1 to 1 tuition. On some occasions, there are celebrity dance instructors on board too. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.
From the revitalising hydrotherapy pool, to the state of the art gymnasium, there's plenty of facilities onboard to refresh your mind, body and soul. Passengers can enjoy luxury massages and treatments in the Oasis Spa, or head out to the top deck sports court for a spot of tennis.
Whether you enjoy the friendly competition of an organised tournament or prefer to play casually with your own party, short tennis, football, volleyball, basketball and cricket are just some of the options available in the Sports Court. And just aft of the Sports Court you will find the golf nets, where you can perfect your swing, using your own clubs or those provided.
Passengers can watch the waves as they work out with all the latest equipment, including exercise bikes, rowing machines, running machines, steppers, resistance machines and a range of weights.

With superb ocean views and relaxing cream décor, the tranquil Oasis Spa is the perfect place to relax and be pampered. In the treatment rooms you can enjoy private ocean views as you succumb to a relaxing massage.
Also linked to the Oasis Spa is the hydrotherapy pool, which offers a hydromassage; a type of treatment that increases circulation, eases tension and aids restful sleep. Flooded with light via a pyramid skylight, the hydropool lies in the centre of several tiled columns. Alternatively passengers can head for Arcadia's thermal suite on the starboard side where they'll find three steam rooms, a sauna and a heated swimming pool.
The fully equipped salon is the perfect place for those who want to look their best. Located in the spa, passengers can try a new colour or style in the hands of fully trained stylists.

- Terrace pool - Outdoor pool (reserved for teens in school holiday. 1.1 meters deep. Located on Sun Deck aft. You have 7 steps to climb to reach pool then has ladder with 5 steps to get in
- Hydro therapy pool - Located on Deck 5. You have 3 steps to get up to the pool and then 9 steps to get into the pool. (Charges apply as this is an indoor pool part of the spa)
As a family friendly ship, Oriana offers a wide range of options for the whole family, including a variety of just-for-kids activities.
The Reef children’s club caters for all ages, combining fun with education and a whole host of activities organized daily by qualified Reef Rangers. Split into four age groups, children of all ages are entertained safely throughout the day and evening and to ensure that they have the chance to make friends of their own age.
- Splashers’ for 2 – 4 year olds
- ‘Surfers’ for 5 – 8 year olds
- ‘Scubas’ for 9 – 12 year olds
- ‘h2o’ for 13 – 17 year olds
A whole range of tours have been designed especially for families, meaning your time ashore will be as stress free as the rest of your holiday. With arranged transport, entrance fees and English speaking guides, all you need do is turn up and enjoy your time together. Typical family tours include: Beach transfers, Water park trips, Dolphin/ Whale watching, Adventure trips, Family city tours.
The ship can cater for the following diets; vegetarian, low /no fat, low salt /no salt, lactose intolerant /dairy free, gluten /wheat free /celiac, low cholesterol, diabetic, kosher and vegan. Passengers requiring any of the above diets should contact the Customer Contact Centre prior to their cruise.
Fully accessible adapted cabins and suites are available, which are suitable for wheelchair / mobility scooter users. Passengers with a disability which may affect their mobility onboard are asked to inform the Customer Contact Centre prior to their cruise. Assisted embarkation and disembarkation is available when sailing from Southampton.
As with UK laws, the age limit for purchase and consumption of alcohol on board is 18 years of age, however, when in US waters, the age limit increases to 21.
Passengers must be over the age of 18 to use the spa facilities including treatments. If you are under the age of 18 and if you would like a treatment then you will need to be accompanied by an adult.
The ship operates three styles of dress code: Smart, Evening Casual and Black Tie.
On Smart evenings ladies typically wear tailored trousers and separates or even a stylish dress, while men are in a shirt and trousers with a jacket, such as a blazer or sports jacket, or a suit and tie if they wish. For a typical two week cruise there are normally four Smart evenings.
Stylish resort or leisurewear is ideal for Evening Casual nights, for example casual separates or dresses for ladies and open-neck polo shirts and casual trousers (not shorts) for men. A jacket and smart trousers can be worn but are not compulsory. Smart dark denim is also fine, but not trainers, football shirts or tracksuits. For a typical two week cruise on Azura, Britannia, Oceana or Ventura there are normally ten Evening Casual nights. On Adonia, Arcadia, Aurora and Oriana there are normally six Evening Casual nights.
Black Tie nights (also known as Gala Evenings)add a touch of glamour and a real sense of occasion to evenings at sea. Ladies wear glamorous evening wear including cocktail dresses, ball gowns or even smart trouser suits. For men, dinner jackets or tuxedos are the norm, but a dark lounge or business suit and tie can be worn as an alternative. For a typical two week cruise there are normally four Black Tie evenings on board.
During the day casual shirts, shorts, trousers and beachwear are ideal.
There are dedicated areas onboard where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted in any public room, inside cabin or on cabin balconies.
Electronic cigarettes, including those which do not emit smoke, are not permitted in public areas but can be used in cabins, balconies and designated areas of the open deck.
A discretionary service charge of £3.95 per passenger per day is added to shipboard accounts.
