Venezia buffet No matter what time of day it is, if you fancy a good meal you’ll always get one on board Azura. The main self-service restaurant offers high quality dining throughout the day in a relaxed, informal environment.

Poolside pizzeria and grill When you‘re lying on a lounger and feeling peckish, choose a freshly made snack from the brand-new, mouth-watering menu at your ship’s poolside grill. Stone-baked pizzas topped with gooey Provolone cheese from Italy. Juicy burgers filled with patties made to an exclusive recipe. Delicious hot dogs with tasty toppings. These quick bites are ideal for all the family and available throughout the day.

The Beach House Inspired by South American, Caribbean and Stateside cuisines, The Beach House menu offers hearty dishes and comfort-food favourites. Highlights include the steaks, ribs, grills and burgers, hanging kebabs and a range of sharing dishes. Save space for the decadent and delicious desserts too.

Peninsular Enjoy Freedom Dining at the Peninsular Restaurant. You have the flexibility to turn up anytime you choose between 6pm and 9.30pm, with whom you like, and every effort will be made to accommodate you.

The Playhouse theatre As soon as you enter Azura‘s 800 seat, two tier theatre immediately your expectations begin to build. And rightly so. With multiple performances on selected nights, you can plan your evening however you like. Catch a show before dinner or enjoy one after. With cabaret performances, stand-up comedy, interactive game shows, quizzes, aerial flying acrobatics and talent shows, it’s sure to be an evening to remember.

Manhattan show lounge Enjoy spectacular cabaret performances, fun quiz shows, tribute acts, family shows and glittering discos. With so much to see and do on board Azura, every night will dance to a different beat. And nowhere is this more true than Manhattan, the New York inspired classic entertainment lounge. This multipurpose entertainment venue will have something special in store for everyone. It’s no wonder everyone loves New York.

Malabar The exotic vibe of Malabar is inspired by the contemporary hotels on Marine Drive, Mumbai. It‘s a blend of modern Indian sophistication. When you arrive your eyes are greeted with sumptuous fabrics, gold leaf on the ceiling and a smiling waiter to take your order. Then it’s time for the evening‘s entertainment to begin; you can be sure it’ll always be different. With piano recitals, cabaret, bands and dancing, it’s the perfect place to while away the evening.

Brodies At first glance, you‘d be forgiven for thinking you’d strolled into a smart London pub instead. The Brodie‘s ambience is both contemporary and intimate-a relaxed hidey-hole by day and a livelier watering hole by night. It’s designed to inspire your spirit of exploration and adventureand offers a collection of the finest British beers, ales and ciders -the largest collection of bottled British beers at sea, in fact.

Rock up to The Reef! With age-specific clubs, a night nursery, a boatload of activities and enthusiastic Reef Rangers on hand, The Reef is the place to be for under 18s. Split into four age groups, there are a whole host of exciting activities organised daily by enthusiastic and well qualified Reef Rangers, to keep children of all ages entertained safely throughout the day and evening.

Oriental

Club Dining at the Oriental Restaurant.

Choose a particular Club Dining seating and you’ll dine at the same time and table each night and enjoy the same company. It’s the way many a friendship has been made on board.

With Club Dining you’ll enjoy the special ambience and sociable atmosphere of the main dining room, and a five-course menu (six-course on Gala Nights). This style of dining is a wonderful way to share your holiday experiences and meet new friends.

By choosing Club Dining you’re opting for the cruising tradition of set sitting times. The same table will be reserved for you and your table companions every night for first or second sitting, at 6.30pm or 8.30pm. You can request your preferred sitting when you book a Select Price and we’ll inform you of your table number and sitting with a card in your cabin when we welcome you on board.

Afternoon Tea

Classic English Afternoon tea served on board daily.

Treat yourself to a classic English afternoon tea, served daily in the main restaurants. You can enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, delicious cakes and of course the all important scone topped with clotted cream and jam, all served alongside a pot of tea or coffee.

Verona

During the day this family-friendly venue is a self-service food court offering everything you need for a relaxing meal.

An Italian style buffet restaurant decorated with red wood furniture and paintings of Italian scenes on the walls. This venue open for breakfast and lunch only.

Venezia

At P&O Cruises, they believe great holidays should be all about choice and freedom.

No matter what time of day it is, if you fancy a good meal you’ll always get one on board Azura. This main self-service restaurant offers high quality dining throughout the day in a relaxed, informal environment. So if you’ve just returned to the ship after a shore excursion and have worked up a late afternoon appetite you can still enjoy a great meal.

Dine around the clock – Late night snacks are available from buffet restaurants between 10pm and 6am. The menu for these late night buffet options changes each day however, examples may include: self-service sandwich bar, ready-made paninis, homemade cakes, biscuits and pastries.

This dining option is included in the price of your holiday.

Poolside Snacks

Peckish by the pool?

All that swimming and lounging can be hungry work, but there’s plenty of pool side snacks to choose from…

Poolside grill – Enjoy self-service burgers, hot dogs, chicken, chips and salads (this dining option is included in the price of your holiday).
Grab and go – Ready-prepared food to take away such as hot breakfast snacks sausage, egg and bacon rolls and at lunch time salads and sandwiches (this dining option is included in the price of your holiday).
Poolside pizzeria – serving freshly-made pizzas (this dining option is included in the price of your holiday).
Poolside ice cream – Jude’s ice cream is available to purchase on board, whenever the urge strikes… from Very Vanilla, to Truly Choc, Strawberry Tease, Salted Caramel, Ginger Spice, Gin & Tonic, and more. They come in tempting tubs of pure joy, or scoops of sheer perfection.

Sit down to an indulgent treat for the senses. Inspired by Eric’s worldwide travels, we’ve taken the great British tradition of Afternoon Tea to decadent new places. Intricately rendered and carefully prepared, you’ll be presented with a cake stand laden with intriguing delights. Savour mouth-watering moments indulging in savoury porcini and pancetta éclairs or curried crab tartlets, plus sweeter bites including pistachio petit choux with red berries and orange blossom, bee pollen scones and saffron and mango verrine. And the all-essential tea? A thirst-quenching collection of 12 blends courtesy of teapigsTM.

The Blue Bar

Located proudly at the top of the Atrium, The Blue Bar is well positioned in the social hub of Azura. Featuring a specialty menu, a mix of classic and contemporary cocktails made by our expert bar tenders, and intelligent lighting that changes from day to night, this stylish bar will be one of Azura’s most popular destinations.

Planet Bar

This chic venue boasts a unique audiovisual plasma wall screening iconic, man-made and natural wonders from the world’s continents. While your eyes experience a visual feast, your thirst will be quenched with the most delightfully sophisticated cocktails to match.

Seascreen

Imagine watching a film under a starry, night sky, while you’re being magically transported to another new destination. SeaScreen is one of the most exciting features on board Azura because it’s more than just a pool – it’s an open-air cinema as well! The giant screen sitting proudly above the beautifully designed pool area will show a variety of classic films, family favourites and the latest blockbusters. The Retreat

Spa treatments with a sea breeze. The Retreat is an alfresco spa terrace. By day, sit back and relax on one of the inviting shaded cabanas or indulge in a treatment. Some of the treatments on offer are: A DIY scrub bar experience – The spa mixologist will create personalised scrubs from a flavourful selection of herbs and scrubs. Elemis pro-collagen quartz lift facial – An exceptional anti-wrinkle facial which has been independently tested with phenomenal results. It’s easy to keep active on Azura. Work out in her gym, take a spinning class, or a nice walk around deck. We offer a range of fitness classes such as indoor cycling, pilates, yoga, body sculpt boot camp and push ‘n’ lift which are assisted by a fitness instructor. Enjoy a leisurely dip in the pool or simply relax on deck and soak up the sun on one of our sun loungers… Oasis pool – Outdoor pool exclusively for adults. 1 metre to 1.8 metres deep. 9.5 metres long x 6 metres wide. Located on Aqua Deck. Has 2 sets of 8 steps into the water Located on Aqua Deck. Aqua pool – Outdoor pool. 1.6 metres to 2.2 metres deep. 11 metres long x 4.6 metres wide. Located on Lido Deck. Has 2 ladders, 1 with 7 steps and 1 with 5 steps. Coral pool – Outdoor pool. 1.6 metres to 2.2 metres deep. 10.5 metres long x 4.6 metres wide. Located on Lido Deck. Has 1 ladder with 7 steps. Terrace pool – Outdoor pool exclusively for adults. 1.7 metres deep. 6 metres long x 6 metres wide. Located on Riviera Deck. Has 7 steps into the water.

Kids Club

Our exciting free on-board programme for 2–17 year olds is called The Reef. Split into four age groups, there are a whole host of exciting activities organised daily by our enthusiastic and well qualified Reef Rangers, to keep children of all ages entertained safely throughout the day and evening, and to ensure that they have the chance to make friends of their own age. We really have thought of everything, so why not let us take the stress out of family holidays. Age groups are: Splashers 2-4 year olds – Qualified youth staff provide a full programme of age-specific activities. Surfers 5-8 year olds – Qualified Reef Rangers provide activities, adventure, games and sport coaching sessions. Scubas 9-12 year olds – Children this age can either join in the organised games with the specialist Reef Rangers or simply hang out with friends in the chill out areas. H20 13-17 year olds – Children have their own room to chill out, watch movies, play games or participate in coaching sessions, talent shows and parties.

Night Nursery

The Night Nursery is a complimentary service available for children aged between 6 months and 4 years of age, and is open from 6pm to 2am nightly. The latest time children may be checked in to the Night Nursery is 11pm. A quiet area is created to enable an infant to sleep and parents are contacted via a pager, should their infant wake. Room temperatures and frequent checks are made and recorded.

Dance Classes

Take place on all cruises with 7 or more days at sea which are hosted by coupled dance instructors. A variety of complimentary dance lessons are available with the main type of dance offered being ballroom and Latin. It may be possible to arrange 1 to 1 tuition; any charges generated from this would be at the instructor’s discretion. Everyone is welcome regardless of experience.

Guest Speakers

Guest speakers will be on board cruises of 7 nights or more (if over 20 night duration – 2 speakers share the cruise)

The Library

Spending a little time with a good book can be heaven…. We’ve got a great selection of holiday reading to choose from including the latest best-sellers and inspiring travel books. It also means you don’t have to worry about how many books to pack before you leave. What’s more if you fancy buying a few books to take home with you, make sure you pop into our on-board shops.

Disabled Facilities

Guests requiring specific assistance, use of faculties or equipment on board or wishing to bring their own such equipment are advised to notify us in advance or as soon as the need is known. This allows us to identify any extra services that may be offered to you such as important information in an alternative format.

All P&O ships offer various forms of communication in braille and large print.
At the point of embarkation, should you require an orientation tour of the ship our staff will be happy to assist, please ask at Reception. Please note that our on board and excursion staff are unable to provide assistance with day to day tasks such as movement around the ship or shore, however will be happy to assist with directions if required.

All of our ships are equipped with the following enhancements for guests who are Hard of Hearing: Hearing loop We are able to offer hearing loop facility (which requires you to move your hearing aid to the “T” position) at Southampton cruise terminals and at the Reception desks on board. In addition we also provide an ‘infra-red’ hearing support system within a large number of our theatres and show lounges – compatible headsets are available from Reception.

Dress Code

Dress code only applies in the evenings. During the day you can wear exactly the same as you would on any other holiday.

There are two dress codes:
– Evening Casual
Stylish resort or leisurewear is ideal for Evening Casual nights, for example casual separates or dresses for ladies and open-neck polo shirts and casual long trousers (not shorts or 3/4 length trousers) for men.

– Black Tie
Black Tie nights foster a rather special atmosphere on-board and we know that our guests adore dressing up and it has long been a part of the P&O Cruises experience, adding a touch of glamour and a real sense of occasion to evenings at sea.Ladies wear glamorous evening wear including cocktail dresses, ball gowns or even smart trouser suits. For men, dinner jackets or tuxedos are the norm, but a dark lounge or business suit and tie can be worn as an alternative. You can also wear formal national dress and military uniform.
