Carly Rae Jepsen To Perform Onboard Carnival Splendor
Carly Rae Jepsen, who has sold more than 20 million singles worldwide will be performing a free concert onboard Carnival Splendor as part of the Carnival LIVE Series in February 2018.
When the Grammy award-nominated artist takes to the stage it will mark the first time that Carnival has collaborated with Universal Music Group and Brands (UMGB), plus this will be the first time one of the Carnival LIVE performances will be free and open to all guests sailing on Splendor’s 17th February 2018 sailing.
Carnival are committed to bringing the best live entertainment to the seas and providing guests with an opportunity to enjoy captivating performances by some of the top artists, which in the past have included Lionel Richie, LeeAnn Rimes, Jennifer Hudson, Journey and many more!
Multi-platinum singer/songwriter Carly Rae Jepsen will take to the stage on Carnival Splendor’s Lido Deck on February 18th while the ship is at seas during a week-long Mexican Riviera cruise that will operate from Long Beach, California.
Carly Rae Jepsen first broke into the music scene 2012 with the smash hit ‘Call Me Maybe’ which hit number one on the iTunes single charts in over 47 different countries and earned her a Grammy Award nomination for ‘Best Pop Solo Performance’ as well as ‘Song of the Year’
“While I’ve performed all over the world and on Broadway, I’ve never performed on a cruise ship before and I’m really looking forward to a night with my fans in what promises to be a unique venue for an incredible night,” Jepsen said.
